Struggling filmmaker Adolpho Rollo dreams of making his first movie, but reality keeps getting in the way. Broke, behind on the rent and hopelessly infatuated with his neighbor, he sees a chance to change everything when the eccentric and mysterious Joe offers to finance his screenplay.
What begins as a possible break quickly turns into a strange and unpredictable partnership, pulling Adolpho into a world of odd jobs, questionable schemes and increasingly surreal situations.
