ZEEZOME FAQ

Need an answer?

ZeeZome is an independent movie platform focused on cult films, independent cinema, unusual discoveries and movies that can be difficult to find on mainstream streaming services.

Browse ZeeZome and choose a movie you want to watch. If the movie is available to rent, the rental price and access period will be shown before you pay.

Complete the payment and follow the on-screen instructions to start watching.

The access period is displayed before you complete your rental. Access is time-limited and may vary depending on the movie.

ZeeZome does not require a monthly streaming subscription to rent individual movies. Where applicable, you simply pay for access to the movie you want to watch.

Language and subtitle availability depends on the individual movie and the materials supplied for that title.

Where subtitles are available, this may be indicated on the movie page or within the video player.

In many cases, yes. Depending on your browser, device and television, you may be able to use Chromecast, AirPlay, screen mirroring or your browser's built-in casting function.

Casting options vary between devices and browsers, so the exact method may differ.

First, refresh the movie page and make sure you are using the same browser and device you used when completing the rental.

Make sure cookies are enabled for ZeeZome, since they may be required to recognize active rental access.

If the movie still does not become available, contact us at office@zeezome.com.

Playback quality depends partly on your internet connection, browser and device.

Try refreshing the page, closing other streaming applications or browser tabs, and checking your internet connection.

If the problem appears to be with the movie itself, contact ZeeZome and tell us which title you were trying to watch.

No. ZeeZome rentals provide temporary streaming access only unless a title specifically states otherwise.

Downloading, recording or copying streamed movies is not permitted.

Not necessarily. Movie availability can vary by country or territory depending on the distribution rights for each title.

Digital movie access is normally provided immediately after a successful transaction, so refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

If you paid for a movie and a technical problem attributable to ZeeZome prevented you from accessing it, contact us and we will investigate the issue.

Contact us at office@zeezome.com and include the movie title, what happened and, if possible, the device and browser you were using.

That information makes it much easier for us to identify the problem.

Still stuck?

We'll help you sort it out.

For rental or playback problems, include the movie title and a short description of what happened.
