These Terms of Use govern your access to ZeeZome and the movies and services made available through zeezome.com. By accessing or using ZeeZome, you agree to these terms.
Access to paid movies is provided for the rental period displayed before purchase.
ZeeZome content is licensed for private, non-commercial viewing only.
Films remain the property of their respective copyright and rights holders.

By accessing or using ZeeZome, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use ZeeZome or purchase access to content through the service.

The ZeeZome service
ZeeZome Entertainment LLC operates a digital movie platform through which visitors can discover and access licensed films and related content.
Content availability may vary by title, territory, licensing agreement and time period. ZeeZome does not guarantee that any particular film will remain available indefinitely.
Movie rentals & access
Some movies on ZeeZome may be made available through individual paid rentals or other one-time access arrangements.
The price and applicable access period are displayed before purchase. By completing the transaction, you agree to the price and access conditions shown for that title.
Purchasing a rental gives you temporary permission to view the selected movie. It does not transfer ownership of the movie or grant you a permanent copy of the content.
Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you also agree to any applicable terms imposed by the payment provider.
Prices and any applicable taxes or charges are displayed as part of the transaction where required.
ZeeZome does not obtain ownership of complete payment card details when those details are submitted directly to a third-party payment processor.
Refunds & technical problems
Digital movie access is supplied immediately or shortly after a successful transaction. Refund eligibility may therefore depend on the circumstances of the transaction and applicable consumer law.
If you pay for access to a movie and a technical problem attributable to ZeeZome prevents you from accessing the content, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.
Problems caused by a user's device, browser, internet connection, unsupported software or other circumstances outside ZeeZome's reasonable control may not qualify for a refund.
Streaming quality
Video quality may vary depending on the source material, device, browser, display capabilities, internet connection, available bandwidth and other technical factors.
Not every movie is available in every resolution or format. ZeeZome does not guarantee HD, 4K, HDR or any particular video or audio specification unless specifically stated for the title.
Playback may also take time to begin depending on network conditions and the configuration of your device.
Personal use only
Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to movies and other content through ZeeZome is granted solely for personal, private and non-commercial viewing.
Your access is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable. No ownership interest in any movie or other copyrighted material is transferred to you.
What you may not do
Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by the applicable rights holder, you may not:
Content rights
Movies, trailers, artwork, images, trademarks, metadata and other materials available through ZeeZome may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
The underlying rights remain with the respective copyright owners, licensors, distributors and other rights holders. ZeeZome's ability to exhibit a particular title is based on applicable licensing arrangements.
Geographic availability
A movie may not be available in every country or territory. Content availability can be limited by distribution and licensing rights.
ZeeZome may restrict access to content where required by applicable licensing agreements, legal requirements or technical limitations.
Minors
Users who are minors should use ZeeZome only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, as appropriate under applicable law.
Individual films may contain mature themes or carry content ratings or advisories. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining what content is appropriate for minors in their care.
Availability of the service
ZeeZome aims to keep the service available and functioning, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
The website or individual features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, third-party services, network conditions or circumstances beyond ZeeZome's reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZeeZome Entertainment LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or similar losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
